Eyo worked with Shell Petroleum Development Company where he had diversified experience in FEED, operational integrity, Process Simulations, Operations Readiness & Assurance and Production Operations Management. He had facilitated several safety and operational critical processes (PTW Effectiveness, Dynamic Risk Assessment, Safety in Design Processes, Asset Statement of Fitness, Operational Registers, Operating Envelops Compliance)
Eyo is a consummate team player and he provides the critical link between field operations and engineering thus ensuring sustained best-in-class operational and safety performances on the Otakikpo field.
Jacob had over 25 years operations and field management experience with Chevron Oil and Gas Nigeria. He is a versatile and complete field operations expert with experience that cut across offshore and onshore Assets, Oil and Gas facilities, Production and Utilities packages and most importantly people management.
Jacob played a key role in the Chevron Operability, Reliability & Maintainability (ORM) Team as a Project Operations Specialist. He provided operations inputs to Major Capital Projects, field operability Reviews, Design Reviews, Operations Assurance and Project Operations Risk Analysis.
Africanus brings his over 20 years field operational leadership and capital stewardship experience to providing remarkable leadership on the Otakikpo field. Prior to joining Green Energy International Limited, Africanus worked for Addax Petroleum Development Company and Ashland Oil Nigeria occupying key maintenance and production operation roles culminating as a Lead Production Superintendent. At Addax, Africanus was in charge of the ‘production costs per barrel’ philosophy, an ideology that was key in sustaining the Company’s profitability.
He holds a Bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering and a diploma in Instrumentation & Process Control Systems Engineering
Okpako is a NEBOSH certified HSE professional with over 15 years of field and hand-on experience in Oil and Gas Industry, holding various (health & safety) related positions in Shell Petroleum Development Company and Chevron Nigeria Limited.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry and has in-depth experience in Field Operations HSE monitoring & operations, HSE training, HSE inspection & audit, development of procedures including Safe Work Practices, HSE systems setup & execution, HSE management & supervision, development & execution of HSE documentation & standards, Trend analysis, SIMOPS co-ordination, PTW Administration and incident investigation.
Okpako has brought his tremendous experience to Green Energy International Limited and was critical to the development of ‘Production Operations and Safety Assurance’ program
Abinye has a HND in Industrial Safety from the Federal University of Technology Owerri and has been involved as an Oil and Gas HSE practitioner and supervisor for 20 years. He has developed and implemented Safety related programs on both sides of the divide; Oil & Gas Majors and Oil & Gas Service contractors.
His most recent position before joining Green Energy was Safety Advisor for the Escravos Gas Project Phase 3A (EGP 3A) Delta South and Meji Living Quarter Units fabrication and installation. Abinye is a member of the International Institute of Risk & Safety Management and the Nigeria Institute of Safety Professionals.
He has demonstrated competencies in Safety Inspections, Root Cause Analysis, Safety Trainings, Risk Assessments, Incident Investigations, Process Safety Audits, etc. Abinye is conversant with Chevron, ExxonMobil and Shell safety specifications thereby bring valuable inputs in the development, modification and implementation of GEIL safety standards.
Daps joined the Green Energy team after a distinguished thirty-four (34) year career as a Security and Intelligence Specialist; of which fourteen of those year was spent in the Department of State Security (DSS - Primary Domestic Intelligence Agency of Nigeria) where he retired as a Senior Security and Intelligence Officer.
At DSS, Daperi specialized in detection & collection of security intelligence, surveillance of subversive elements, investigation of breaches of security, sea port surveillance, airport surveillance, liaison with other government security agencies. He also had some stints as security consultant for the University of Calabar, Abia State University and the Toru Local Government Area of Rivers State, Nigeria. Daperi has attended various courses; Assistant Security Officers Course, Lagos Business School - Corporate Security Management, Nigerian Institute of Management – Managing Security in the Oil and Gas Industry (2013) and holds a Bachelors’ degree in Guidance and Counsellin and a Masters' Degree in Public Administration.
Prior to joining Green Energy, David worked as a Rig Security Supervisor for Shell Petroleum Development Company where he was in charge of implementing proactive intelligence strategies that provided early warning signs to prevent security risks to life and property. He provided cover for offshore operations, onshore operations and the notorious swamps of the Niger Delta.
With a Bachelors’ Degree in Civil Engineering, David provides valuable input to design and construction of security barriers taking into consideration terrains and the Asset’s security operating levels.
As an indigene of the host community, David is a critical interface between Safe Field Operations and the community. Over the course of a 15 years career as a security expert, he has attended several short courses (organized by Shell Petroleum Development Company) on various Security strategies and principles.
Ini-Ime is a seasoned operator who holds over 10 years’ experience in Oil and gas Production Operations. Before joining Green Energy International Limited, Ini-Ime worked with Shell Petroleum Development Company as a Senior Field Operator on the world-class Bonga FPSO.
He played a major role in all Bonga FPSO planned shutdowns for turnaround maintenances to effect Vessels cleaning, Relief valve change out, process plant modifications and major upgrades of the production system. He also provided technical inputs from an operations stand-point for the Bonga North West field expansion/facility upgrade; documents review, FATs and commissioning.
While on Bonga FPSO, Ini-Ime held the position of the SME for the water flood, oil & subsea operations and has an extensive knowledge of gas compression and export. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and has attended the Advanced Technicians Diploma in plant Technology (City & Guilds of London institute, UK.), Technicians Diploma in Production Operations (Technicians Vocational Training at Teeside Technical Enterprises (TTE) United Kingdom), etc.
Raphael has built a tremendous career in the oil and gas industry that spans over seventeen (17) years. Just before joining Green Energy International Limited, he played the role of a Field Optimization Supervisor for the Nigerian Petroleum Development Company, having already spent earlier years occupying operations (and safety critical) positions in Addax Petroleum Development Company and Shell Petroleum Development Company.
Raphael is a proven field operator in every sense of the word; with hands-on experience in well head operations, crude oil processing (and stabilization), evacuation and export operations. Raphael holds a Bachelors’ degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and has attended various industry related courses; well surveillance and production enhancement procedures (Laser Engineering and Resources Consultants LTD.), Production Optimization for Oil & Gas Wells (Petroprose International, INC, USA), Fundamentals of Gas Lift Design and Operations, (Petroprose International, INC, USA), etc.
